Last updated: June 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nitron Labs website, AI media models, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Access and eligibility

Access to the Services is provided on a private, reviewed basis. We may grant, limit, condition, suspend, or revoke access based on use case, expected volume, commercial requirements, risk profile, and platform fit. You must provide accurate information when requesting access.

Acceptable use

  • You may not use the Services to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
  • You may not use the Services for impersonation, harassment, or generation of content that violates the rights of others.
  • You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • You are responsible for content you submit and outputs you generate, and for complying with applicable laws.

Service availability and changes

Model availability, performance, pricing, features, and output quality may vary and may change over time. We may update, replace, or improve available systems, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Services.

No performance guarantee

Benchmark figures and performance descriptions are based on selected internal tests and are provided for illustration. Actual cost, speed, quality, and availability may vary based on prompt complexity, generation settings, duration, resolution, input media, traffic, model availability, and account tier. Nitron does not guarantee that any specific generation will be faster or cheaper than any particular provider or model.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by Nitron Labs or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and any applicable order, you retain rights to content you submit, and rights to generated outputs are governed by your access agreement and applicable law.

Third-party providers

We may use third-party model, cloud, and software providers as part of service delivery. References to third-party technologies do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless explicitly stated.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitron Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
